Open Pixlr and choose “Collage”.

The Adobe Express software is free to use and offers limited access to thousands of templates, Adobe Stock photos, Adobe Fonts, design assets, quick actions, and a lot more. Download and open the Adobe Express app on your mobile. Below, you can see the starting screen whish says “Start From Scratch”, from there scroll right and click on “Collages”.
